DK_API_CustomerConsent_Complete

This API support the customer consent flow solution. The solution enables the
sales caseworker to generate a package of different consents that customer
will need to give, in order to create an offer package to be purchased.

This API is called from the Web front end after the consents have been given,
with the consent ids and consentpackage id.
