DK_API_Private_BankAccountValidate

This API will be consumed by the SOFUS Accept Application, which is an
external web application using for consent within Tryg.
This API shall consume an existing IIB service:
SFS_DK_ESL_BankAccountValidate. SOFUS can only consume REST, therefore this
API is needed to do a SOAP → REST Transformation.
