DK_CarPrice_Get_v2

The API DK_CarPrice_Get_v2 is used to get a price for a car insurance. It is
built together with a package of APIs for calculating a price and purchasing
a car insurance at Tryg and can be used by any partner of Tryg.

General change from version 1 to version 2:

lowercase letter instead of Upper case letter on in start of name and fields.
