DK_AuxiliaryValuesPurchase_Get

The DK_AuxiliaryValues_Purchase_Get gives a number of Auxiliary values to be
used for different fields in calculating products in GetPrice, e.g.
DK_CarPrice_Get.

By calling the service with the ProductType, the service return a full list
of all the Auxiliarylists and defaults that is needed for the Price
Calculation.
