DK_PetBreeds_Get

This API retrieves a list of pet breeds. A value from this list should be
used as input in to the field named "BreedDesc" in the /DK_DogQuote_Get/ API
,/DK_CatQuote_Get/ API , /DK_CatPolicy_Purchase/ API, and the
/DK_DogPolicy_Purchase/ API.
