DK_ChildAccidentPolicy_Purchase

This API creates/updates a customer and creates an Child policy in Tryg's
backend. It returns a policy number of the produced product. It also creates
a consent note on the customer in the backend. The input includes the
/CompanysQuoteNumber/ provided by the output of
/DK_ChildAccidentQuote_Get/.
