DK_TravelPolicy_Purchase

This API creates/updates a customer and creates a travel policy in Tryg’s
backend. It returns a policy number of the produced product. It also creates
a consent note on the customer in the backend. The input includes a field
called /CompanysQuoteNumber/ which is a unique reference for the quote and is
generated by the */DK_TravelQuote_Get/* API.
