DK_PersAccidentPolicy_Purchase

This API creates/updates a customer and creates an accident policy in Tryg's
backend. It returns a policy number of the produced product. It also creates
a consent note on the customer in the backend. The /CompanysQuoteNumber/
which is generated by /DK_PersAccidentQuote_Get/ APi during the quote must be
