API service enable the FSS solution to

* upload (POST method)
* delete (DELETE method)
* retrieve (GET method)

documents to/from the specified FSS archive and location.

The retrieve/GET method returns a unique URL for the document within the
archive (FileNet) to be used when viewing (pdf) or downloading (non-pdf) the
document.
